Unable to release spam items to mailbox

Detailed description
I'm running Postfix with ClamAV/Amavisd/Spamassassin on CentOS 6.5 with SELinux running. Spam/Virus/Bad Header mail
is getting captured and all other mail is getting delivered to the mailboxes with no problem. When I go through the
spam or bad header emails that were captured in quarantine, I do occasionally find an email that should have been delivered.
But attempting to resend it gives me the following error:

File: /badh-0EKSbaMeJ2gI <---this will vary with each message
Message: sendmail: fatal: execv /usr/libexec/postfix/smtpd: Permission denied

The SELinux audit.log shows:

SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/sendmail.postfix from execute access on the file /usr/libexec/postfix/smtpd.

Attempting to create a policy to allow this:

grep sendmail /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
semodule -i mypol.pp

does not fix the problem and gives the following error:

**** Invalid AVC allowed in current policy ***

According to the CentOS forums, the correct way to release the email is to use amavisd-release to move the email out
of quarantine.

Note, if SELinux is disabled, this is not an issue, but this really isn't an option.
