This version is the first usable version of the CSP #11.

You can use it to sign email and documents and to authenticate yourself on SSLv3/TLS websites.

* Changed the parent window handle management. If no one given and no silent, a
  new Window is created.

* Hash and sign scheme functionnal on SHA1, MD5 and SHAMD5.
