* Applied patch from anonymous. It fix the following problems:
- with g_memdup in c_check_link_get_properties_proto_http (off by one copy leading to consecutive read overflows).
- with htmlFreeParserCtxt in uc_html_parser_get_tags (read and write access to free'd zone).
- with memcpy in uc_utils_string_cut (read overflow) leading to write overflow with strnca.

* Fixed some problems in optional libraries detection.

* Fixed a problem with URL path ending with a dot (thanks to Benny Amorsen).

* I definitly removed "debian/" directory from both the main archive and the CVS repository. I will not maintain anymore Debian package. Others do it better than me :-)
