This is the first public stable release of neogia since project has been reorganized to better handle ofbiz evolutions and stable/unstable
developments. The main change concerns the distribution of the project, now we provide ofbizNeogia with already integrated neogia components instead of distributing them separately from ofbiz.

* Version numbering change
Neogia version number is now composed of two parts, a version number (0.8) and a revision number (.9). The first one corresponds to new
functionalities releases and the last one to bugs fix releases.
* Remove use of maven to generate neogia components
Maven is no more used in ofbizNeogia. It has been replaced by ant to simplify development process.
* Use of docbook for documentation
Most of the existing documentation files have been converted from rst to docbook.
